We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these Terms or that we find inappropriate.

You are prohibited from using the platform to engage in any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to impersonating another person, sending unsolicited communications, or using the platform to harass or harm others.

Certain features of the platform may require payment, including but not limited to posting premium job listings. All payments must be made using the payment methods specified on the platform. By submitting payment information, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the terms associated with such fees, including any applicable taxes.

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change the fees or billing methods at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the modified fees on the platform.

If any payment is not made on time or if we cannot process your payment using the payment information you provided, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the relevant paid features of the platform.

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of SideHustlr Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of SideHustlr Pte Ltd.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us through the platform shall be deemed non-confidential and shall become the sole property of SideHustlr Pte Ltd. We may use such feedback for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall SideHustlr Pte Ltd, its affiliates, or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the platform, and we will notify you of significant changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
